This year’s first official rally was held in the big gym on September 2nd, 2022. Student Government worked hard at organizing the event and Rally Commissioner Sean Costner was on the mic introducing each participant.  This rally showcased the fall sports teams as well as the Marching band and ROTC.

The four members of ROTC Color Guard and Del Campo Choir opened the festivities with the national anthem.

There was a very special presentation by Metro Firefighter Recruiter Tim White. DC student Camren Pasquel received acknowledgment for saving his father’s life by doing CPR on him after his dad had a heart attack.

The Del Campo band and cheerleaders both entertained the crowd with great performances in the middle of the gym.

Rally Commissioner Sean Costner thought the first rally was a lot of fun. He plans on focusing on transitions between events this year and wants them to be smooth. He also wants to add skits to the rallies this year.

The next rally will take place during homecoming week on Friday, October 21st.
